Good realtors don’t just open a door, add a sign or put on a lockbox. If you are looking to sell make sure your agent will assist you with painting, cleaning, staging, photography, and repairs AND has all the contacts! to do it!!
This is my favorite part when you see the finished project and your sellers think you are a magician!
